Client Charter Performance 2012

To ensure our client charter is achieved, several studies have been carried out to monitor the performance of client charter and the efficiency of our services. This is based on the Development Pekeliling Kemajuan Pentadbiran Awam (PKPA 3/1993).

Amongst the study are:


a. Out Patient satisfaction survey external (patients who visit specialist clinics and clinical support units such as the Department of Pathology and Diagnostic Imaging Department, Unit of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy Unit and Blood Bank)
