Visiting hours at the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital Sultanah are as follows:

Saturday - Thursday: 12:30 am - 2.00pm and 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Friday and Public Holidays : 12:30 am - 7:30 pm

2. How to get specialist treatment?

You need to be examined by a medical officer at health clinics before referred to relevant specialists.

3. What is the rate charged by the hospital?

4. What is the entry @ security hospital charges for citizens and non-citizens?

For the citizens of deposit varies according to discipline. Refer here for more information

5. What communicable diseases admitted exempt from payment?

Yes, all kinds of diseases are excluded.

6. What is the emergency cases for treatment in the emergency department?

Emergency cases including the case of an accident (on the road / at work / domestic), asthma, heart attacks, fainting, snake bites, burns, seizures, bleeding genitals, food poisoning, stomach pain sudden and very strong.

7. Is the hospital responsible for the loss of property or the conveyance of patients / beneficiaries?

No. The hospital is not responsible for any loss. Therefore the patient / next of kin are advised not to bring any valuables while in hospital.

8. Are parking facilities available for visitors Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital?

Yes, the parking facilities provided in front of the building facing the main & Emergency & Trauma Department.
